Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that she, along with one other co-accused, killed and disposed of the body of daughter of the informant. Petitioner is gotni of the deceased. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the deceased and her husband used to do private jobs in Bangalore and due to some altercation between them, she committed suicide. It is next submitted that the informant is not an eye witness of the occurrence and petitioner has been made accused only on the basis of suspicion. Petitioner has got clean

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Telhara P. S. Case No. 65 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
