The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 115, 120B and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

It appears that similarly situated co-accused Suresh Sah has been allowed regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 2943 of 2017 and co-accused Sanjay Kumar has been allowed regular bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 1401 of 2017.

Accusation is of conspiracy to kill Lakshmi Mukhia of Sarsauna Panchayat Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3636 of 2017 (2) dt.20-02-2017 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Samastipur in connection with N.H. Bangra P.S. Case No. 100 of 2016.
