In the present case, the petitioner is aggrieved of his order of transfer contained in Memo No. 813 dated 22.06.2018 issued by the Collector, Gaya, whereby and whereunder, the petitioner has been transferred from MANREGA office, Gaya to Khizarsarai Block, Gaya.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties, this writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the authority concerned who will examine the grievance of the petitioner and will take a decision and pass orders in accordance with law.
