The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 153 of 2015 registered under Sections 302 and 201 of Indian Penal Code.

There is allegation against the petitioner is that he has threatened the informant to kill his grand son on the ground that there was some altercation and abused between the son of the petitioner and grand son of the informant. After ten days, the dead body of the grand son of the informant was found in the pokhar. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that except suspicion there is nothing against the petitioner. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54527 of 2015 (3) dt.01-03-2016 the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 153 of 2015.
