JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 02-12-2015 Petitioner has been in custody since 24.05.2014. Looking at the period the petitioner has been in custody and the fact that trial is not progressing, let petitioner above named be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, one of the surety will be executed by the father of the petitioner and the other by the wife of the petitioner, to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No.313 of 2014.

The identity of both the persons (the father and the wife of the petitioner) will be duly established before the court below. The petitioner shall also not indulge in any criminal activity and will cooperate in the trial.
