The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the informant of this case has not supported the prosecution case in course of trial but admittedly, the petitioner's daughter stated before the I.O. that prior to recovery of the dead body of the deceased, the petitioner had assaulted her. The dead body of the deceased was recovered in very suspicion condition. Moreover, the trial of the petitioner has commenced.

Therefore, considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No. 56 of 2014 arising

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2296 of 2015 (3) dt.16-04-2015 2/2 out of Rail Buxar P.S. Case No. 23 of 2013 pending in the court of Learned Ad hoc Additional Session Judge-VII, Ara/concerned court stands rejected.

However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible, preferably within six months from the date of receipt/production of copy of order.
