JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-12-2015 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The first information report was lodged against several known and unknown persons. The petitioners are named but no specific overtact has been attributed against them and it is stated that the petitioners are members of the mob who have also participated in the alleged crime. The petitioners do not have any criminal antecedents.

Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Madhukar Singh, J.M. 1st Class, Bhabua in Kudra P.S. Case No. 268 of 2015.
