JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-12-2016 It is a fraction ridden college. Disputes have been going on for a very long time. Fed up with the situation and keeping in mind the academic interest of the students, the Chancellor of the University has given a direction for constitution of a Committee. The Court will not preempt that order by interfering with the decision. In the opinion of the Court, the decision of the Chancellor seems to be on the correct line. Writ is dismissed.
