One loaded country-made pistol is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, for which, he is languishing in jail custody since 29-04-2015. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of 5 cases but taking note of his period of detention in jail, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chandradeep P.S.
