JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 08-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is accused in connection with Sikarhata P.S. Case No. 53 of 2016, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name has surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused, Sunny Singh, except that there is nothing against the petitioner showing his involvement in the present case. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 18.11.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6251 of 2017 (2) dt.08-03-2017 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Sikarhata P.S.
