In view of the fact that order of suspension was revoked by the respondents, the writ petition has become infructuous and as such it is disposed of with direction to the respondents to pay consequential benefits to the petitioner on account of revocation of suspension within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
