The petitioner seeks bail in Shahkund P.S.Case No.89 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section 354B IPC and Section 8 of the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act. The informant, mother of the victim, made allegation that the petitioner entered into her house and lifted her daughter. On alarm being raised, her daughter was left by the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is in jail since 8.7.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ist Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, (POSCO) Act, in connection with Shahkund P.S.Case No.89 of 2014.
