The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No.432 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is to have looted a sum of Rs. 99,600/- of the informant, along with other co-accused persons.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case merely on the basis of suspicion and petitioner is not named in the FIR. It is submitted that nothing incriminating recovered from the possession of this

It is also submitted that similarly situated coaccused persons have already been granted bail by different learned co-ordinate Benches of this Court through Cr. Misc. No. 5317 of 2024 on 07.02.2024 and Cr. Misc. No.277 of 2024 on 24.01.2024. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 22.09.2023.

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Gopalganj (Rangra) P.S. Case No.432 of 2023 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. 1st Naugachia.
