2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 439 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 385, 307, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, co-accused Vikki Mahto, Lalan Matho, Ranjeet Matho (petitioner no.1), and wife of Lalan Matho (petitioner no.2) were engaged in illicit business of selling ganja, illicit liquors, etc. They were making pressure upon the informant to join the gang of the accused persons, to which he denied. Thereafter, the accused persons assaulted the

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they are the persons of clean antecedent. The specific allegation of assaulting the injured is against co-accused Lalan Mahto and Vikki Mahto. The petitioners have falsely been implicated merely because they are brother and wife of the main accused, Lalan Matho. The allegations against them are general and omnibus.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 439 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) kundan/- U T
