No.1559/1997 registered for the offence under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the said case, the petitioner was granted bail in the year 1998 itself and initially he attended the proceeding regularly before the court below, but subsequently due to unavoidable circumstances he failed to do pairvi in the case. Keeping in view the fact that it was a case of misuse of privilege of bail, let the petitioner, namely, Sanjay Singh be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri B.K.
