This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 376 and 306 of the Indian Penal Code. There is allegation that the victim was raped by the petitioner and thereafter, in a fit of anger, she set ablaze her Saree. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in connection with Katihar (Town) P.S. Case No. 342 of 2015 pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. (Gopal Prasad, J) Vats/- U T
