2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S Case No. 1608 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467 of the I.P.C.

3. As per prosecution case, informant being the driver of an ambulance bearing Registratetion No. BR-02Q-2058 saw another ambulance coming from Munger of same Registration No. on 14.11.2023 at AIIMS, Patna. When the owner book and other documents were demanded by the driver of second ambulance, the the driver show the documents on his whatsapp sent by the owner of the first ambulance, who happens to be the cousin of informant and from whom fraudulently documents of

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioner is only driver of the said vehicle one Md. Sonu is the owner of the said vehicle. and It is also submitted that petitioner is in judicial custody since 15.11.2023.

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. On perusal of the FIR, impugned order and period of custody and also considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge cum A.C.J.M-XIV, Patna Sadar in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S Case No. 1608 of 2023.
