JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Two live cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner whereas; on raid one Masket was recovered from his house. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 15-06-2015 and so far as criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned; earlier only one case and that too, for the offence punishable under Sections-323, 379, 354, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code has been registered against petitioner.
Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
