This appeal has been preferred on behalf of the appellants for setting aside the order dated 23.12.2019 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-1st cum Special Judge, Katihar, whereby the prayer for anticipatory bail of the appellant in connection with Falka P.S. Case No. 358 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 3(2)(v) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, has been rejected.

Therefore, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal. Permission is granted.
