JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made pistol was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner whereas one country made pistol was recovered from the place where the petitioner was sitting. Petitioner was made accused in two other cases prior to the institution of the present case on the above stated recovery. He is in jail custody since 24.07.2015.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghaty, Gaya in connection with Sherghaty P.S.Case No, 186 of 2015.
