The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
5 litres of country made liquor was allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has no criminal antecedent and the petitioner is in custody since 19.11.2016.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari,
