Taking into consideration the allegation, levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of bail to the petitioner and accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No. 679 of 2014 arising out of Sanhaula P.S. Case No. 45 of 2014 pending in the court of Learned Additional Session Judge-II, Bhagalpur stands rejected. However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible, preferably, within the period as fixed by the trial court itself.
