Petitioners seeks bail in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No.172 of 2011/G.R. No.1441 of 2011/Sessions Trial No.02 of 2014 registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge-III, Supaul. Taking into consideration that earlier the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail was rejected twice vide orders dated 07.02.2014 and 12.08.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. Nos.31346 of 2013 and 35125 of 2015 respectively on merit, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner is again rejected.
