For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Sharda Nand Mishra Mr. Deepak Kunal For the Respondent/s : Mr. Sudhir Kumar Singh, SC-23 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-03-2017 The order of this Court dated 16.7.2014, violation of which has been complained of, has substantially been complied with by the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has, however,

Patna High Court MJC No.3011 of 2016 (5) dt.22-03-2017 2/2 submitted that the Managing Committee of Sri Bal Subhodhini Pathshala, Mohalla Skhujaganj, District Bhagalpur, has so far not complied with the second part of the order.

Nothing has been shown from the records that the petitioners brought to the notice of the Committee about the decision of this Court and the consequent decision taken by the Director, Primary Education in this regard on basis of which the payments could have been made by the Managing Committee. This application is, therefore, disposed of with an observation that the petitioners shall be at liberty to bring to the notice of the Managing Committee about the order of this Court passed in C.W.J.C. No. 18825 of 2010 and the decision of the State Government taken in compliance of the said order within a period of four weeks from today. This Court expects that the Managing Committee shall proceed thereafter in accordance with law.

Accordingly, this application stands disposed of. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) BTiwary/- U
