JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-02-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 140 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 342, 323, 324, 307, 337, 338 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the FIR and allegation against him along with other accused persons of assaulting one person brutely.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that police tried to save that person who was assaulted by the petitioner and other unknown persons as a child lifter. Further submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against him. He is in custody since 26.12.2019.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.8060 of 2020(2) dt.20-02-2020 2/2 Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Siwan in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 140 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
