Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the victim in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr. P. C. has stated that she voluntarily went to her Mausi's house and no one kidnapped her and she has stated her age to be 20 years, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial
