The accusation against petitioner is that he along with others took the victim to a private clinic, where her pregnancy was terminated. The allegation of rape is against other accused. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner has inimical term with Mausa of the victim and that is the reason of false implication of the petitioner in this case. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
