The petitioner is accused in connection with A.P.M. (P.S.) Case No. 59 of 2016, registered under Sections 387, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code..

The accusation is of demanding of ransom through mobile nos. 8877503850 and 8226998377 in the name of Mukesh Pathak to the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in course of investigation both SIMS, which were used for making demand of ransom, found in the name of Bhushan Choudhary and Binay Paswan and the mobile set, which was

used for the said SIMS, was found in the name of Praveen Kumar Singh and thereafter SIM No. 8226998377 was recovered from the house of the petitioner. It is further submitted that Praveen Kumar Singh, whose mobile set is said to be used for making demand of ransom, has managed to plant the SIM No. 8226998377 in the house of the petitioner as Praveen Kumar Singh is neighbour of the petitioner and there is land dispute in between Praveen Kumar Singh and Ram Gokulendra Kumar, father of the petitioner, regarding which, Land Dispute Case No. 86 of 2014 is also instituted by the wife of Bindeshwar Prasad Singh @ Praveen Kumar Singh against the father of the petitioner and others. Further submission is that Praveen Kumar Singh has lodged four other cases against the petitioner, but in all four cases, he is on bail. The petitioner is in custody since 17.07.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of District and Sessions Judge, Darbhanga, in connection with A.P.M. (P.S.) Case No. 59 of
