JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 04-01-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seek bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No.369 of 2019 instituted for the offences under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in similar circumstances, another co-accused, namely, Saryug Yadav was granted anticipatory bail However, on looking into the allegation in the F.I.R., I find that it is a case mere firearm have been used for committing robbery and recovery would also be required to be made.

In view thereof, no case for anticipatory bail is made out against the petitioner.

Accordingly, the anticipatory bail of the petitioner
