JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The informant claims that on the pretext of proving job, petitioners took her son to Himachal Pradesh and later on, they committed murder of her son. Paragraph-89 of the case diary reveals that the informant had lodged Sanha at Bhavnagar Police Station, District-Kinnaur, Himachal Pradesh about the missing of her son and in course of investigation, petitioners were arrested and confessed their guilt and except suspicion, there appears to be nothing against the petitioners.

Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in
