Petitioner is named in the first information report on the accusation that he caught hold the deceased whereas; other accused shot fire on the deceased. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 22-06-2015.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Alamganj P.S.
