JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, he was arrested in connection with another case and from that case, petitioner was remanded in this case. The investigating officer claimed that informant came at the police station and identified the petitioner as one of the culprits of the present case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the above-said so-called identification does not have any importance because no TIP has been arranged in this case in accordance with law.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54180 of 2015 (2) dt.03-12-2015 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kurhani (Turki O.P.) P.S. Case No. 234 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Santosh Kumar Jha, Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Muzaffarpur.
