Through this writ application, the petitioner seeks direction for payment of retiral dues explained in paragraph no.1 of the writ petition which includes enhanced gratuity, enhanced earn
Patna High Court CWJC No.1477 of 2016 dt.20-05-2016 2/2 leave, 50% D.A. merger, UGC revised pay scale arrear while in service from 1.01.2006 to 31.07.2012, interest upon group insurance amount and others.
No counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the University.
Accordingly, this writ application is being disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Registrars of both the Universities by filing a detailed representation setting out his claim. In such case, let the Registrars of both the Universities take a decision in accordance with law. The admissible amount would be paid to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
So far as the amount which is not admissible according to the University, a reasoned order would be required to be passed and communicated to the petitioner.
