JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-09-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 10.05.2018/ 15.05.2018 passed by the District Certificate Officer, Munger on the ground that the Certificate Officer has not considered the objection of the petitioner herein. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh objection, if so advised, within a period of four weeks from today. In case such objection is filed by the petitioner, the certificate officer, Munger shall consider the same and pass a final order within a period of four weeks from today. In the meantime, it is directed that till passing of the order by the Certificate Officer, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.
