2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 25(1-b)a, 26 of Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, one country-made pistol and one live cartridge have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 24.09.2023.

4. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner above-named, is directed to be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12836 of 2024(3) dt.18-04-2024 2/2 enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M.,Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 727 of 2023.

7. The petitioner shall mark his presence in Industrial Area Police Station, Distt- Vaishali on 1st Sunday of every week, failing which, the bail bonds of the petitioner would be cancelled.
