Petitioners are accused in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 116 of 2015 registered under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is of recovery of one loaded pistol and one live cartridge from the possession of petitioner no.1 Anuj Kumar, while petitioner no.2, Rajesh Kumar was found in possession of one live cartridge and one empty cartridge. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that both the petitioners are in custody since 13.08.2015 and co-accused Ravi Kumar Gupta, in whose

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56989 of 2015 (3) dt.13-01-2016 2/2 possession one country made pistol was recovered, has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 54856 of 2015 on 09.12.2015.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No.116 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioners.
