The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Misc. Case No. 67/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(d) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. Allegedly, 300 kg solution of jaggery was recovered kept in 30 plastic containers which was meant for preparing illicit liquor and the petitioner is in custody since 02.12.2016. In the facts and circumstances, stated above, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on execution of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
