The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Pakribarawan P.S. Case No.257 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner along with other co-accused persons are said to have kidnapped the sister of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. It is submitted that there is nothing on record to show the involvement of the petitioner in the instant case rather she is implicated in this case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20389 of 2021(4) dt.12-07-2022 2/2 merely on suspicion. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail application.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner and submitted that till date, the victim girl has not been recovered.

Taking into consideration the fact that the victim has not been recovered till date, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J.) Sanjay/- U T
