The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 418 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 420, 406, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner had been rejected by this Court vide order dated 08.07.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20050 of 2020 with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Now charges have been framed in this case on 19.01.2021, which is evident from Annexure-3 and there is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses against the petitioner. The petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22300 of 2021(2) dt.28-07-2021 2/2 rotting in judicial custody since 10.08.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Patna City in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No.148 of 2018.
