2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 384, 307, 341, 323, 506 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner alongwith other coaccused caught the informant and thereafter, co-accused Bipin Yadav assaulted him with butt of pistol.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that present case is counter blast of Chandi P.S. Case No. 121 of 2024, which was lodged on 06.03.2024 by this petitioner against informant and others. He further submits that as per F.I.R., allegation against petitioner is that she alongwith two other coaccused caught the informant and it was co-accused Bipin Yadav, who assaulted informant with butt of pistol. There is no allegation of overt act against this petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 120 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
