JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that 1,400 liters of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the hut of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner, hence, his prayer for bail in connection with C2-A-3 of 2013, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Vaishali at Hajipur stands rejected.

However, petitioner appears to be first offender and is languishing in jail custody since 01.09.2015 and, therefore, I direct the trial court to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same within three months from the date of receipt/
