There is allegation of firing against the petitioner and the aforesaid allegation appears to be corroborated by the post mortem report of the deceased because so many firearm injuries were found on the person of the deceased.
The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the deceased was a notorious criminal having several cases in his credit and furthermore, it is submitted that the informant as well as other so-called eye witnesses have not witnessed the alleged occurrence which is evident from perusal of para 2 of the case diary but in my view, it is not fit to release the petitioner on bail, at
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46599 of 2014 (4) dt.20-04-2015 least, at this stage and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Pakribarawan P.S. Case No. 119 of 2014 pending in the court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nawada stands rejected.
