JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Majorganj P. S. Case No. 236 of 2014 registered under Sections 363, 366 A, 302, 201 and 120B/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the allegation made in the FIR that the petitioner not only abducted the minor daughter of the informant, but also killed her and disposed of her dead body in order to conceal the evidence, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.

In case, the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the
