2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 340 of 2021 for the offence under sections 302, 306 and 34 of the Indian Penal code lodged on 10.07.2021 by the informant, Sabina Khatoon.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that since others have been granted bail, he may be permitted to withdraw the petition to surrender within four weeks and seek bail.
4. Permission accorded.
5. The anticipatory bail application stands dismissed
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11760 of 2025(3) dt.13-05-2025 2/2 as withdrawn.
6. If the two petitioners and/or any of the petitioner approaches the Court within four weeks and surrender, the Court concerned shall take into account the aforesaid facts submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners while deciding the bail application of the two petitioners especially the lady, Munni Khatoon who is 68 years old.
7. It would be preferable if the petition stands disposed of on the same day.
