This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 341, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

For land dispute the petitioner alleged fired at the informant. However, injury was caused to the tractor. Considering the aforesaid fact as well as that the petitioner is in custody since 03.11.2016, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Naya Ramnagar (Safia (Sarai) P.S. Case No. 82 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, I, Munger, or successor Court. (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
