The petitioner being husband of the informant is in custody since 01.10.2015 in a case registered under sections 498 A/34 of the I.P.C. and section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. There is omnibus and general allegation of demand as well as torture. Considering detention of the petitioner as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M.
