The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 865 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. and the name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused Guddu Mandal. Petitioner is in custody since 11.10.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. and he has remained in custody for more than three months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing
