Petitioner seeks bail in Nadi P.S. Case No.299 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

30 litres of country made liquor was recovered from motorcycle of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 08.12.2019.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No.299 of 2019.
