The petitioner is accused in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 178 of 2016 registered under Sections 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7/8 of the POCSO Act. The accusation is of making attempt to commit rape on the minor daughter of informant in the Maze field. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and the informant are co-villagers and due to village dirty politics petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case with false allegation. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 06.09.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on

No.1766 of 2017 (2) dt.19-01-2017 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-Ist-cum- Special Judge (POCSO Act), Begusarai, in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 178 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
