The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sikty P.S. Case No. 14 of 2020, corresponding to Special Case No. 56 of 2020, registered under Sections 30(a) and 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 56 bottles, each contains 300 ML Nepali Sofi kept in sack from the motorcycle of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.01.2020.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released
